• Fine jewellery made in India using gold, silver, diamonds and gemstones
• Online store hosted on Shopify
• Payments processed via Razorpay
• Third-party service providers may access data as required

7. Payment Options

• Full payment required before shipment
• PAN mandatory for purchases above INR 2,00,000
• Taxes are payable by the customer
• Refunds processed as per cancellation policy

8. Modifications to Services and Prices

Prices and Services may change at any time without notice.

9. Products

• Limited quantities and made-to-order items
• Natural stones may vary in appearance
• Images are for reference only

10. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors or verification issues.

11. Shipping and Delivery

• Made-to-order items: 3–4 weeks
• Ready to ship: 4–5 days
• Delivery dates are estimates
• Damage must be reported within 24 hours

12. Content Ownership

All content belongs to RANY unless otherwise stated. User-submitted content remains your responsibility.

13. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Services, violate laws, infringe rights, or interfere with system security.

14. Accuracy of Information

We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of information provided on the Site.

15. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
