At Rany Jewels, we ensure your handmade jewelry reaches you with care and precision. Please review our shipping policy below.

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Processing Time:

• Made-to-Order Jewelry: Each piece is crafted specially for you. Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and dispatch.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: We dispatch these within 4-5 business days.

Shipping Charges:

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India.

• Exclusions: Additional charges may apply for remote areas (including parts of Northeast India, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands).

Delivery:

• We ship via premium partners like Delhivery, DTDC, or Blue Dart.

• Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days after dispatch.

• You will receive a tracking ID via SMS and email once your order is shipped.

For logistics and insurance purposes, our team will reach out to request an Identity proof of person/s who will be likely to receive the parcel. Our logistics company will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.

Order Tracking & Communication

• You will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and expected delivery date once your order is dispatched.

• Please note that delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Damaged Orders & Transit Insurance

• Inspect your package at the time of delivery.

• If you notice any damage, contact us within 24 hours at info@ranyjewels.com with photos of the product and packaging.

• We provide transit insurance valid until the package is delivered and accepted.

Important Notes

• Someone must be available to receive the package and provide a signature.

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
