Returns
- So, you changed your mind! No biggie!
- If you are unhappy with your online purchase at RANY, we will arrange to take the product back for store credit of the total value of the product. Please be aware that we will charge a flat fee of INR 5,000-10,000 for handling, insurance and luxury logistics costs incurred.
- To be eligible, you will need to write to us at info@ranyjewels.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product about your decision to return. We will require images of the product along with an unboxing video. You will hear from us, and we will arrange for a pickup of the product. The product must be in its original condition and secure packaging.
- Please do not send us the product without prior approval as we will not accept it.
- Once we receive the product, our team will complete an inspection and evaluation, and if the product meets all return guidelines and is found in its original condition, we shall issue store credit. The store credit can be issued for the total value of the product if you pay for the return handling charges separately or partial value upon deduction of return handling charges.
- If the returned product does not meet the return guidelines to the satisfaction of our team, we have the right to deny a return request. Following this, we will communicate with you about the next steps.
- Kindly write to us at info@ranyjewels.com and we will assist you through the return process.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for personalized or custom-made jewellery as well as jewellery items that are worn, used, or damaged by the customer.
- We have a right to refuse excessive or unreasonable return requests.
Damages
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from your online purchase at RANY, please email us at info@ranyjewels.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We will require images of the product along with an unboxing video.
- You will hear from us and we will arrange for a pickup of the product. The product must be in the condition as delivered and secure packaging. Once we receive the product, our team will complete an inspection and evaluation, and upon our team’s satisfaction we will dispatch a replacement order of the same design.
- Please do not send us the product without prior approval as we will not accept it.
- You will not be required to pay any charges for the handling, insurance and luxury logistics costs incurred.
